Deadwood is a crime, drama, mystery set in the late 1870s gold rush of south dakota. The show revolves around the characters of Deadwood, a town of deep corruption and crime. Most characters are based on real people as deadwood did actually exist. The TV Series ran from (2004–2006) 3 seasons. Sadly the actors had other contracts and the fourth season never came about. The acting in this show is over the top... Robin Weigert in my opinion wins best actress... and ian mcshane best actor... hands down she was awesome!!!
