Christian Ricardo Melgar Palacios (37) was killed after an inter provincial bus company named Huapaya crashed into his taxi. The accident occurred at the intersection of Avenida Isabel La Catolica and Abtao, in Victoria. The driver was not carrying any passengers.
The two bus drivers said that the taxi crossed in red light but video shows otherwise.
